Hi! This is my creative work, and I'm sharing it with you!
I am an artist, general creative, and illustrator taken by some strange urge to create, It just won't go away, so I'm here hoping it will delight you as much as it does me.
I work primarily in acrylics, oils watercolors, pencil, ink and colored pencil.
My subject matter is everyday life, the ups, the downs, the fun parts, the struggle and the moody.
I'm content being an optimist and a humorist, with a light hearted outlook.
My genre is illustrative story telling, animal subjects, people, buildings, interior scenes, outdoors, west coast life, post modern literature and art influences, with a comic booky style.
I've been making and showing my art for several years, since the turn of the century, out of my home studio. I display at small galleries and alternative art spaces and art fairs in California, despite a tendency to sluggishness. I also work a day job, and draw inspiration from that too.
I am available for custom commissioned work and commercial illustration jobs. I love to create special works that relate to the lives of those who commission it, and am ecstatic to have my work hung in people's homes, where I hope they continue to amuse and warm the hearts of the inhabitants. It's the ultimate honor to have my work in your home.
