Jo could not have been more friendly and helpful while we figured out my order and the bunting is perfect- exactly what I wanted and excellent quality. 5 na 5 gwiazdekThis bunting exceeded my expectations! Quality crafted with excellent material. It’s already been through a few rainstorms and looks brand new! There was a slight glitch in getting the number ordered but the Shop quickly rectified the issue and all was received in time for the 4th of July Celebrations. I thank my “Across the Pond cousin” for making it right!

I believe in supporting local businesses so all the materials I use are, where possible, sourced locally (fabrics, fillings, threads and notions are mainly bought from 2 or 3 local fabric and sewing shops near my home or normal place of work) and meet British Standards for safety.
I do hope you like my cottage/vintage/shabby chic style :-)

*Shoppers are advised that international transactions may incur import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These costs may be payable to the carrier either before or at the point of delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer.
*Items will be posted within one to three business days of purchase on most items. If your item is being made to order it may take longer but I will keep you informed if there was any delay.

Posting of items will be done within one to three business days after payment has been confirmed.
International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Airmail. Certain large or valuable items will come with a tracking number. Airmail is not insured nor tracked, but I can arrange this for you if you contact me before purchase. For EU countries this is an additional £5.00 on top of the listed postage, and for Everywhere Else it is an extra £5.40. Unless stated that a tracking service is being used.
*First Class items usually take approximately 1-3 Business days for UK, up to 21 Business days for the EU and up to 28 Business days for the rest of the World. Although it is usually quicker than this :-)
*I will confirm the dispatch by email as soon as possible after I have been to the post office and it is on it's way to you.
Please allow longer during busy holiday periods.
*I am UK based so please allow enough time for delivery. I cannot be held responsible for customs fees/Taxes or customs holding up items that leave the UK.
*I package items carefully and to withstand long journeys.
