What started as my once in a while hobby, has become my full blown obsession. It all started with loom-work. I'd make bracelets with my name on them in any colors I had. They would come out kind of bumpy and floppy, but I was so satisfied I had made such a snazzy bracelet, I wanted to make more. I then began buying some great books, with lots of techniques and styles of beading. I would sit and practice each one until I had it mastered. My tension control got better, and my pieces came out stronger with time. I would make necklace and earring sets, and wear them to work, which ended up getting me a few customers. In July 2007 I found Etsy, which inspired me to open up shop and show off my pieces to a much broader range of people. My little hobby turned into a pretty sweet little side job that I love. So my story continues, trying to get all the shiny beaded ideas in my head out onto my thread, as time ticks by, one bead at a time......
