Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept Paypal Payments only. Please note that you do not need a Paypal account in order to purchase. You may use your credit/debit card via Paypal.



Payment must be received and cleared before items are shipped out. Buyer has 3 days to make payment. I will contact you and remind you if your transaction was not completed, but if I don't receive a response within 24 hours, your transaction will be cancelled.



• If you need an item sooner, please convo me so we can work it out.

• Insurance and confirmation are also available for an additional fee.

• Orders will ship within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following week.

• Your order will be shipped to your PAYPAL or credit card address

If you are concerned about the safe delivery of your order, please request to have insurance added to your order BEFORE purchase, otherwise a separate shipping invoice will be sent to you.

• USPS First Class

• Your order will be sent to orders shipped by registered (secure) mail (or insured mail if available.) Contact us and we will create a separate shipping invoice for you.

COMBINING ORDERS

If you place multiple orders on different dates, they will be shipped separately .

LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PACKAGES

We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged by the post office while in transit to you. I package my orders well, but unfortunately once it leaves the shop it is out of my hands. If you are concerned about the shipment of your order, we recommend that you request insured mail (domestic) or registered mail (international).

*Shipping charges are non refundable once your order has been shipped.
Shipping
WITHIN THE U.S.
Your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. If it fits, it ships! And I do not make a penny off the shipping costs!

Items will be shipped in the appropriate fitting Flat Rate Mailer/Box. The shipping price reflects the cost via USPS.

For any item that does not fit into a flat rate shipping mailer, I will send Parcel Post.

Please calculate shipping times accordingly if you need items by a certain date as I cannot be responsible for USPS shipping duration times.

 Buyer is responsible for any insurance and/or upgrades for faster shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• Your order will be shipped to the address you enter on ETSY via USPS First Class International mail. This is NOT trackable and usually takes about two weeks. Please calculate shipping times accordingly if you need items by a certain date as I cannot be responsible for USPS shipping duration times.
• Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract duties and custom fees which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information. 

I am not responsible for lost packages.

I ship Monday through Saturday. I want to get orders out as soon as possible - I know everyone loves getting their items quickly beacuse I do too.
Refunds and Exchanges
All my pieces are made with love and care and attention to detail. I box pieces carefully, but if your items are received damaged, please contact me as soon as possible so that we may resolve the issue.

Regarding digital artwork files, there is a no refund or exchange policy if you've already received your 300 dpi proof or printed product.

Due to different monitors and computer color settings, the colors you see might not exactly match the actual colors in the items you receive. I cannot guarantee an exact color match.
