Note from shop owner I have decided to close down for a while, for health reasons - hopefully I will be well enough to continue in a few months, which will give me time to decide which charity to support this year with any profits raised from my bead sales:) If you have a suggestion as to a charity you would like to see supported, please pm me.

Welcome to my Etsy shop - I will be selling lampworked beads, and occasionally limited edition murrini and jewellery. It is my intention to make your buying experience as enjoyable as possible, so please feel free to convo me with any questions:)

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Paypal is preferred, and a secure method of payment. You don’t need a Paypal account but can pay with a debit or credit card through Paypal.

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
Shipping
Sadly, the UK post office has hiked its prices exponentially for the second time. I will have to pass on some of this price rise, last time I did all I could by changing my packaging, but unfortunately there are no options left to me. I will be putting the prices up in line with the change this Sunday. Apologies.
I can post within the UK and internationally. Once you order, your item will be posted within two working days.
Jewellery is packed in a gift box or bag, then in bubble wrap and finally a padded envelope.
Please note, that international items will often take up to three weeks to arrive: the buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope that your item is exactly what you expected, and that you will be happy with it. If, however, you do have to return an item, this must be within 7 working days of receipt, in an unused condition and in its original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty due to hygiene regulations. Please include details of your name, address, email address and reason for return.
Return postage costs are non refundable.

If you receive a damaged parcel, please convo me as soon as possible, and take photos and descriptions of the damaged parcel/packaging/contents so that I can pass this on to the carrier. I will endeavour to either recreate the beads which you ordered or something else to replace it, or refund your order.

I will, of course, undertake any repairs necessary if incurred during fair wear and tear. However, a charge will be made for repairs to items damaged by dropping, catching on furniture etc, although I will try to be as fair as possible, accidents happen.
Additional policies and FAQs
All purchases are subject to UK purchasing laws, any problems must be resolved through the UK courts.
