I can't rate the customer service. The pre-1990s Barbie I bought based on the picture was delivered to me just as it was when I bought it. Beautiful to look at, no flaws, and the dress shows no signs of wear. Thank you. However, the shipping costs of €28 were a shock, but I didn't notice that until the payment process; a cancellation wasn't possible. But the Barbie I saw when I unpacked it made up for it.
