Welcome to my Policies page! I am focused on Customer Service and Satisfaction. I love what I make and I love working with my customers. My aim is to create an easy, enjoyable process for you that ends with a quality handmade keepsake you'll treasure.
Here's the low-down...
*I'm happy to put items on reserve for you , and I take lay-away payments on items or orders over $100. Just contact me, and we'll work out the details!
*Custom orders will include updates from me as well as photos for approval throughout the creative process. Additional costs for special materials are payable by the customer. There are no refunds on custom made Orders, Unless our convos reflect an oversight or error on my part.
*NYS taxes are applicable.
*I ship using USPS First Class mail
*Packages take 4-7 days to arrive and come with a tracking number. The tracking number will be sent to you once the item is shipped.
*Priority Mail upgrade is available.
*shipped using USPS first class international
*may take 1-5 weeks depending on customs, etc.
*first class does not include tracking, so please be patient and plan ahead! If you would like to purchase shipping that includes tracking, please ask, I'm happy to oblige.
*I am not responsible for any duties, customs charges, or additional taxes that may occur.
*Once items are shipped, we just have to trust the USPS to do their job. If an item is lost in the mail or delayed, feel free to contact me. I'll do my best to help you track it down.
Refunds and Exchanges
*I only issue refunds on made to order items if our convos reflect that there has been an error on my part. I will do my best to remedy any errors asap, either by refund or replacement of item.
*If you want an exact color match, please ask for a sample sent via snail mail before purchasing.
