We are very passionate about the bespoke bridal sashes and accessories we make, using the finest fabrics, pearls and crystals from around the world.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or would like some additional pictures of the product. We aim to get back to you quickly and pride ourselves on our friendly, helpful service.
We accept Paypal only. Payment is due same day of purchase. Payment must clear before your order will ship.
Items will be shipped to the address filed with paypal.
We aim to ship products within 3-4 weeks but if your order is urgent please do get in touch, we will do our best to accomodate rushed orders but please contact me prior to ordering.
We can also offer express shipping options, please contact for prices and information.
All orders to the EU will be sent by Airmail. Royal Mail aim to deliver in 3 working days for Western Europe, 5 working days Eastern Europe. Can take upto 14 working days.
INTERNATIONAL --- All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Airsure which comes with a tracking number. Alternatively we can send parcels by Fedex which guarantees delivery within 5 working days from dispatch.
Royal Mail aim to deliver within 12 working days for the USA and rest of the world. However, this is not guaranteed so please allow plenty of time or ask for the courier option if there is a tight deadline.
Buyers are responsible for all duties/custom charges.
Please ensure that if I am shipping your order to a work address that your place of work accepts parcels.
Insurance can be added upon your request for additional charge.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final no refunds, returns or exchanges. Please ask as many questions on the item you want before you purchase it. We take the upmost caution with the packaging and shipping of our merchandise. We personally inspect every item to make sure it is in perfect condition. Each sash is custom made to order to the specifications of each bride therefore we do not allow returns or exchanges because every item is made for that specific bride in a specific colour.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then please contact us and we will do our best to rectify it.
