    Flores Custom Design was started in Shreveport, Louisiana in early 2013. FCD only created graphics for the surrounding areas until August 2013 when we decided to start selling online. We started selling with Ebay and had great success. We decided to open an Etsy shop soon after because of the bigger and better audience. With Etsy, we can treat you as our friends due to the ease of messaging and working with our customers.
    In March 2014, we officially opened our own website (http://www.florescustomdesign.com). We aim to offer the best bang for your buck without any hassle, while creating a safe online marketplace.     All products offered are professionally made and will not disappoint. All products are created right here in my shop from the raw materials. My Products are built to last unless otherwise noted. If you have anything you would like to get made or printed that we don't have listed, just contact me so we can set you up! I promise you won't be disappointed!

    Accepted payment methods

    Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
    I don't accept cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    Returns and exchange details
    We are not responsible for any damages inflicted to the package after it is shipped from our address. Refunds may or may not be given depending on the situation. Refunds will not be given out after 30 days after the purchase was made.
    Payment
    We accept most forms of payment. Nothing will be shipped until payment is clear. No Cancellations once the item(s) are shipped due to most of my products being custom. However, in certain cases I will make exceptions.
    Shipping
    After payment and information is received, All purchases will be shipped as soon as they are processed. Items usually ship via USPS first class or UPS or FedEx.

    If you feel the need to leave a negative rating, please let me know before doing so. I am a One-Man Shop and get very busy at times. I am only human and can make mistakes even though they are rare. Also, do not order an item and then ask for a different size please, if you have questions for sizing ask before ordering, thanks.
