What a wonderful place to shop! Seller is super nice and easy to communicate with. I appreciate the extras which were so super cute! Love the necklace. Looks great. I cannot wait to wear it with my Halloween costume. It is so cool I might just wear it all year long though. Thanks again for everything. I will definitely shop with you again :)
Accepted payment methods
International purchases will be shipping via USPS Priority, Flat Rate International. Shipping per item wil be $16.95, (unless otherwise specified); $.01 for each additional item up to 3 items.
All domestic packages will have a tracking number, and that number will be sent to the buyer via Convo. International packages will have a customs tracking number, which will be sent via Convo. All International duty fees and taxes are the buyers responsibility. Flourish Salon is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail, as tracking/custom numbers are sent to every buyer.
Payment is acceptable via Paypal; (credit cards may be use through Paypal as well.)
Customs, import charges, import duties and all related fees are the responsibility of the buyer. As a buyer making an international purchase, it is your responsibility to know what your countries' customs and other import charges are. Please contact your postal system for information; Sloanefox.freeserve.co.uk. is a great resource on European duties calculations. Flourish Salon will not falsify customs forms.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your item, you may return it for store credit (no refunds) or exchange it for something of equal or lesser value that is in the store.
Store credit will be issued if the following rules are met:
1. You must contact me within 24 hours of receiving the item to be returned.
2. Item must be mailed back within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) of originally receiving the item.
3. The item must not have been worn or damaged, and must be in the new condition it was sent to you. The item will be photographed prior to sending and compared upon receipt to validate condition.
4. Return shipping costs will be out of your pocket, and will not be reimburseable.
5. Items damaged due to water exposure will not be accepted for returns.
Custom orders are final sale and will not be returnable.
