My wife and I actually met Katie at her amazing shop in Bryant Park in NYC on a recent visit. My wife was delighted at everything was immediately drawn to particular pieces. However, we were only in town a couple of days and had packed extremely light and I knew she wanted one of the larger pieces that would be impossible to safely take home in our luggage. Luckily, Katie told us about her Etsy store so I was able to find it. Fast forward a few weeks later and I was able to order this amazing piece from Katie for my wife's birthday. Katie is awesome at communication, shipping, and overall care and it should go without saying that the piece itself is incredible. I cannot wait to give it to my wife for her birthday in a few days. I had one of Katie's amazing pieces that I bought a a few years back. However over time, it got dusty. I reached out to Katie and she had the item overhauled at no charge (paying for shipping both ways which can be expensive from CA to NY).
