Thanks for checking out our shop. We work hard to make these items and do our best to make them so that they will last. This takes time so please allow up to a week for us to custom make your item and ship it out. If you need something shipped sooner than that please send a convo and we''ll let you know if that's possible..

I ship all items by Canada Post. There is generally no tracking number that goes with your shipment. If you would like it shipped with tracking please contact me before purchase so I can give you an accurate shipping quote.
Once shipped we can not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the mail system. Everything we ship is packed well and always padded so we have never had a problem, but it has to be said.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your item is defective or completely not as described when you receive it we will refund your money (minus shipping). We do need the item returned to us first though and all shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility.
