With 5-star satisfaction and quick turn-around, Flybabies Embroidery is the go-to shop for all of your custom embroidery needs. Unless otherwise indicated, items in my shop are commercially produced products that I customize with your personalization details. The result is a unique item just for you! Please ask me any questions about the process.
** CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME: Most orders are finished and shipped within 3 - 5 business days, but large orders may require more time to complete.
Please see individual listings for current turnaround times on that particular item. If you need your item by a particular date, please contact me directly so I can see if that is possible.
All prices include personalization in your choice of font and color(s). Personalization options are able to be seen as the last pictures of the listing. Please let me know all of the personalization details for your order in the "Notes to Seller" section when you check out. If you wish to see a preview of your name or monogram prior to me completing your order, please let me know that in the "Notes to Seller" section.

Frequently asked questions
Where do I tell you what I would like personalized on my custom item?
Please enter all details (font, thread color, & name/mgm to be embroidered) for your personalized item/s in the "Notes to Seller" section when you check out.
Please be certain that you enter names and monograms exactly as you would like them stitched.
Monograms are traditionally stitched in the order of first initial, last initial, middle initial – with the center initial being larger. Therefore, Mary Jane Smith would be: mSj. It is helpful if you also give the name spelling for monograms so we can double-check for accuracy.
Sometimes men (and women!) use the same size across - FML. So, David Paul Smith would appear: DPS. Or, use the style as above (fLm), so dSp.
Couples incorporate their names like: mSd (Mary & David Smith)
Are there limits as to the number of letters or characters?
In most cases, I can stitch whatever you would like. However, please be aware that the more letters, the smaller the font.
Where can I find font & thread color options?
If you scroll through each listing, the last couple of photos detail the font and thread color options for that particular item. Alternatively, you can see the options at my website:

Can I see a proof of my monogram or name?
Absolutely! After you purchase, I'm happy to provide you a proof of your monogram or name in different fonts so you can decide which one you like best.
Care instructions
It is recommended that most items from my shop be spot cleaned, hand-washed, or washed gentle cycle and hung to dry.
When will my order ship?
I strive to produce and ship your items as quickly as possible. Most items are shipped within 3 - 5 business days of your order - most of the time, sooner. If you require your items by a certain date, please contact at Erika [at] FlybabiesEmbroidery.com to be certain I can accommodate your requirement. Rush and upgraded shipping charges may apply.
I'm purchasing a gift. Can you send to the recipient?
I'm happy to include an enclosure note and ship directly to the recipient. Items will be wrapped in tissue paper & no receipt or payment information will be included.
You can let me know what you would like on the enclosure note in the "Notes to Seller" section when you check out. Also, please be certain that you use the recipient's address as the "Ship To" address.
What is the proper order for my monogram?
Ladies' monograms, for example, are traditionally stitched in the order of first initial, last initial, middle initial – with the center initial being larger.
Therefore, Mary Jane Smith would be: mSj.
Men usually use letters all the same size across - FML. So, David Paul Smith would appear: DPS
Couples incorporate their names like: mSd (Mary & David Smith)
Alternatively, two initials can be incorporated. This happens in the case where a both parties keep their last names. So, the marriage of Smith & Jones would be: SJ (either side by side or stacked)

What happens if my shipping address is incorrect?
If you realize you've checked out with the wrong address, please contact me ASAP and I can update it on your behalf if the order hasn't shipped.
If your purchase includes FREE shipping, that includes shipping one time to the address with which you check out when completing your order. If the product is returned to me due to an error on your part, you will be responsible for the second round of shipping costs.
Do you guarantee a delivery date?
No. Due to the fluctuations in postal / UPS / FedEx shipping times, I cannot guarantee an arrival date for your order. The only guaranteed shipping option is USPS Express Mail. Please contact me for rates.
