What if I can pick up the product in person?
If you can personally pick up the product from me, use the coupon code PICKUP for 'free shipping'. If you use the coupon without being able to pick up the product, your order will be cancelled.
What if the product arrives misshapen or melted?
Some products (lip balms, lotions, lotion bars, etc.) are heat sensitive. Many of them are still usable if they have melted and re-hardened. I mail any heat sensitive products in thermal mailers to help prevent heat damage. You can also choose a faster shipping method to help prevent this. If the product does arrive damaged, contact me (including a picture of the damaged product) and we can work out a partial or full refund.
