4 out of 5 starsI purchased 4 Easter cupcakes and had them sent to my daughter who has an Easter birthday. The cupcakes are okay but arrived late and weren't worth the horrible customer service, or the $27.20 shipping charge. Kate used a shipping carrier different than the one her listing originally said and shipped later than she claimed, then invoked the pandemic and Easter holiday as reasons I'm inconsiderate for bringing this up to her. My thoughts as a seller are that the pandemic has been good for online businesses and by now sellers have learned which delivery systems are more reliable than others. As a buyer, my thoughts are that if you sell Easter items, and benefit from business sales on the holidays, using the holiday as an excuse is lame. I don't recommend this seller and wish I had purchased from somebody else.

Please understand that we bake to order so once you have placed your order we are already busy making it and thus cannot accept cancellations:)
Care instructions
Cupcakes remain fresh and enjoyable for 7-10 days after receipt sans refrigeration. Cupcake Jars may be refrigerated for up to 14 days, or frozen for up to 4 months of receipt. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KEEP LID TIGHTLY ON in order for cupcakes to stay fresh as indicated above!
Care instructions
Cupcakes will definitely shift during shipping (duh) so understand that our rich and delicious icing will most likely stick to the lid upon opening it! Also should you decide to freeze your Cupcake Jars, please allow them to properly defrost when you are ready to enjoy!
