Artist and Letterpress Printer
I am an artist by training and practice--a printmaker, to be more specific. I first purchased my Vandercook letterpress back in 2005 as a way to financially supplement my (fine art) studio life, but I have come to love it more on its own merits each year since. I also do more custom letterpress work every year than I did the year before, and gradually produce more retail items, too.
Flying Rabbit Press came to be in my then basement studio in the spring of 2006. The business has since moved to its own address, where there is much more sunlight, and quite a few more visitors. Drop a line if you're in Madison, WI, and come in for a visit!
