Custom and personalized orders
Pattern placement WILL VARY on Pillow Covers with Large Scale Patterns.
Listing Photos feature a few variations of the many potential pattern placements. Pattern placement will vary from the featured photos.
If you want a specific part of the pattern, please send me a Convo and I will do my best to accommodate you.
There may be an upcharge to have a specific pattern placement.
Sizing details
For a luxurious and full looking pillow, choose a cover that is 2 inches smaller than the insert that you'll be using. Usually the larger the insert, the greater the difference between the cover and insert that's required for a full look.
Lost Package Policy/Shipping Policy
Lost Shipment: If your package is Lost or Delivery is disputed: Please contact your Local Post Office, Postal Carrier, or file an online Claim with the Post Office or relevant shipper.
Once the shipper has possession of the package, Flying Tack Designs cannot be accountable for non-delivery. I am happy to help you with information required for a claim, but cannot File a Claim on your behalf.
Flying Tack Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen products marked as delivered by the Post Office or UPS. If delivery is confirmed to the correct address, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund for your order. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during the checkout process.
Fabric Swatches are recommended prior to Purchase
While we wish all monitors showed colors in the same way and as true to life as possible, different monitors and mobile devices display colors differently. With that in mind, we strongly encourage shoppers to purchase fabric swatches if you are at all uncertain of colors.

Do you offer Bolster, trim, flange pillow covers?
Currently, pillow covers with trim, flange, or ruffle finishes are not offered.

Packages Returned To Sender
PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER: I mail orders via USPS and UPS
If your shipping address does not accept Mailed items, it is the Buyer's responsibility to notify Seller to use an alternate shipper.
If Seller receives a package that has been Returned To Sender, Buyer must pay the shipping cost plus handling to re-send the package.
There will be no refunds for packages that have been Returned To Sender if Buyer does not agree to pay for re-shipping cost.
