LOVED IT! The shop was very easy to work with. It arrived earlier than I expected and the items were amazing. They are heavy with a good grip. Thank you! I was debating on whether to get a foam replica like they used in the shows, but this is waaaay cooler and I am so glad I bought these.

The Geeky Anvil

Having visited or lived in over 75 countries the past 15 years, I returned to Vancouver Island in the later part of 2011 to lay down some roots and with my father (a blacksmith of 30 years) built my current home overlooking French Beach in Shirley, a stone’s throw from my parents on the family acreage. It was here while hanging out with my dad in his studio that my addiction for blacksmithing made itself known.

In 2016 I created The Geeky Anvil to differentiate myself online from my work at home at Foggy Mountain Forge. I have created a niche market for myself where I specialize in hand forging Sci-Fi weapons from many of my favourite shows or books. I use etsy as a place to sell and advertise my more unique work while still working with my father at home for our family business.

My wife and I typically only live on Vancouver Island for six or seven months of the year and live or travel overseas for the remainder of the year, typically SE Asia which we both know and love so well. Please keep in mind that my shop is often closed for part of the year.
