Payment

Folk of the Wood accepts payments through PayPal only. Don't have a PayPal account? Don't worry, you can use your credit card through PayPal as a guest only. Step by step tips in this Etsy article here:

For most custom orders, we require full payment up front. However, we can do installment payment plans that work for you - feel free to inquire!

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Please remember we are not responsible for any customs/import duties/international taxes that your country may charge you upon delivery.

INDIANA BUYERS:
Please note we do charge %7 Indiana State Sales Tax.

Shipping

After your purchase from Folk of the Wood, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days if it is an item marked 'Ready to Ship'. Item's marked 'Made to Order' need the specified time allowed to be made & shipped. You will receive an email with the scheduled ship date & tracking number. We ship using USPS First Class & Priority Mail.
If you have a deadline and need your order by a certain date - please let us know ahead of time, (at an extra cost, we can Express overnight ship)

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, contact us and we will work it out right away!
- If you want to arrange a return; you must to contact us within 7 days after receiving the item, and are responsible to pay the return shipping costs. If we receive the item back in the same condition it was sent, we will refund your entire original purchase amount.
- If the wrong item was sent, damaged in shipping or lost in shipping, we are responsible. We may ask you for pictures if damaged.

If through use you damage your item weeks, months or years down the road, we may or may not be able to repair it for you. Contact us for a quote.

Some special requested custom orders are not returnable or refundable. If not, we let you know up front & have you approve the custom work through pictures before we ship.
