Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Please note that I cannot help the different colour/ shade differences of what a photo may look like on different screens, monitors, phones, etc. If you are very particular about colour shade variables, please contact me first- I may be able to send you a colour swatch of the fabric in the mail.
If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, Please let me know the problem immediately after receiving it. You can send me a convo or email me directly at follyandfoible [!at] live.com
In the case that I have agreed to a replacement or refund=
*Item must be returned unworn and in its original condition before the refund or replacement can be processed.
*All of the return shipping costs AND shipping costs for me to send a replacement are the responsibility of the buyer. Refund or replacement item will be shipped as soon as original is recieved back again.
*I cannot do swaps if you have ordered the wrong size or colour- Please read all details on the listing and look at all of the photos. Use a tape measure to measure yourself -in most cases I am happy to make to your measurement if it is within an inch or two from my standard size chart without any extra fee
*I cannot refund or replace items that have been lost in the mail if you have not purchased tracking.
Payment
We accept direct credit cards and Etsy gift cards.

NEW ZEALAND orders- GST of 15% will be added to your order.
Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of order being confirmed.
Shipping
I make to order all the items I sell. Please allow up to 1 week before dispatch.

NEW ZEALAND -Next business day courier post, OR please choose the shipping upgrade 'NZ RURAL' if your address contains 'RD' this also includes Waiheke island etc. (2-3 days for rural addresses) You will be sent a tracking number when shipped.

INTERNATIONAL-
*Due to a small number of standard airmail international parcels going missing recently, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND choosing the shipping upgrade 'TRACKED INTERNATIONAL' at check out, for parcels going to locations other than New Zealand as I will not take responsibility for missing parcels using standard airmail.
*A reminder that international customers are responsible for
their country's respective customs fees, taxes, duties, G.S.T. or VAT fees.
*I cannot send goods to the Russian Federation unless you provide a business address and phone number (not residential).
