FOLLYGRAPH  is a modest design and publishing company that specializes in culinary infographic posters tailored for framing.

The core of the company is the founder - Grazyna Maniecka, who had spent years balancing between science and art. She has always struggled to choose one path. Therefore, she hasn’t made a choice at all, she found a way to combine these two. Infographics turned out to be the solution. Beautifully designed, brilliant, inspired by the world around us. 
The studio is like a self-reliant machine. We choose a topic, gather information, filter it, sketch, draw, trace, illustrate, check, proof, check again and finally it gets printed. That's how a poster is made. Perfect for your interior! 
Follygraph is located in a stunning UNESCO World Heritage town - Torun, Poland. The company follows the principle of ”Think globally, act locally”. The paper we use is manufactured in Kostrzyn (Poland) at one of the most environmental-friendly paper mills in the world. The printouts are also made locally, just around the corner. That secures the best quality. The only thing not locally made that we have is the coffee – we all drink the energetic Italian ristretto.

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.

ORDER DISPATCH:
The standard dispatch takes place within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Shipment will follow only upon a valid bank or credit card payment.

PACKAGING:
Prints are carefully rolled in tissue-paper and packed in a sturdy shipping tube.

Depending upon the destination, international orders from outside European Union can have a delay in customs. Packages may be delayed up to 4 weeks. We ask for your patience. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Follygraph is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Do you send your prints to Alaska?
Posters are sent worldwide for a single price of $6.

When will you send my package?
Your order will be processed in 1-2 business days upon the payment receipt. You will get an e-mail confirmation of a shipment.

Is the package going to be tracked?
Prints are shipped by Registered Priority Mail, which is tracked in EU only. Check if your country accepts Global Express shipping for tracking service all over the world or try our super fast AlleCourier service.

The print looks different than the one seen on the computer monitor. How is that possible?
Colors may vary slightly from how they appear on your monitor. We recommend viewing the website on few different monitors (computer, mobile, tablet, etc.).

Can I return the print?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt for a refund. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.

Can I exchange the print?
For exchanges please place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. Simultaneously, contact us to return your original order. Once we’ve received your return, a refund for the returned item will be processed. The notification of the refund will be emailed to you.
