These gems are almost too pretty to eat, but that didn't stop us. I love the balance of sweet and bitter in these velvety, chocolate delights. Item took some time to get here but it did come within 2 weeks. Product was packaged very nicely and they had refrigerated packs that I assume we’re frozen when they put them in there. The item was not melted or misconfigured in anyway so it looked beautiful. I gave three stars because the taste tasted a little bit on the burnt side and maybe that’s the way it’s supposed to taste, but I did not care for it. Honey usually is sweet, but I’ve never had this product before. I tried it out and did not love it, but everyone has acquired taste so I’m not downing the product just my taste buds. I wouldn’t recommend it because I didn’t like it but some people may and some people love licorice and I don’t care for it, but it is a tasty treat for many people so shipping was great. Customer service didn’t really need any but they were fine
