My last review must have not submitted. I feel terrible about that because the owner of this shop is SO SWEET and SO KIND!!!!!!! My watercolour journal is STUNNING and when I told her I wanted to see if I could receive it before a certain day, she immediately responded and mailed it. 100% would recommend this shop!

I love to learn, create, and make beautiful things with my hands from my heart!

I've been a maker for as long as I can remember! It's that sweet spot where I get lost as I find inspiration, peace and contentment. I am humbled and honored when people choose to own the work of my hands.

One of my greatest pleasures is creating painted items that look authentically old rather than contrived as so many mass produced pieces in the mainstream are made. I painstakingly use a multi-step process on my painted pieces while most commonly using milk paint to create that truly vintage look. When I paint pieces, I try to always make them not merely authentically beautiful, but being useful is always my goal so that items actually have a use in your home!

Bookbinding is another one of my passions! I have been a reader, as sketchbook user and even managed a bookstore for more than a decade...the only thing left for me to immerse myself in books was to learn to create and bind my own creations! I utilize many beautiful papers for the outer and inside covers from all over the world, I often create my own paste papers and cyanotypes for covers as well. I love creating blank books, sketchbooks and try to use high quality papers. I am always open to creating custom work as well!
