Ho iniziato il mio negozio perché ero stufo di tutte le sostanze chimiche e gli additivi in TUTTO. Era impossibile trovare prodotti REALI che non fossero pieni di spazzatura.
Più imparavo a conoscere ingredienti specifici, più mi rendevo conto che tutti stavano tirando la lana sopra i nostri occhi quando si trattava dei nostri prodotti di bellezza. È un'industria da miliardi di dollari e hanno intenzione di mantenerla così. Voglio spargere la voce! Non devi compromettere il viso e la pelle; hai solo una vita, quindi vivila bene.
Adoro imparare a conoscere l'homesteading e tornare alle nostre radici. Voglio aiutare le persone a rallentare e apprezzare le piccole cose della vita; come cappelli super morbidi fatti di fibra filata a mano e la soddisfazione che ottieni dal fare le cose per te stesso.
Ho iniziato questo negozio per condividere le ricette naturali e biologiche che ho provato per me stesso; cose che sono state fatte a mano e non pompate in una fabbrica.
Ottengo il maggior numero possibile di ingredienti da fonti locali e mi assicuro che non ci sia NULLA di falso in ogni articolo. Spero di passare presto a ingredienti completamente di provenienza Vermont e ora uso solo burro di karitè da un commercio equo e solidale, attività di proprietà di donne in Ghana. Tutto il resto è raccolto/creato negli Stati Uniti.
Passare a prodotti e fibre naturali interi può cambiare il modo in cui vedi il mondo e il modo in cui vivi nel tuo corpo. Ha cambiato totalmente la mia vita in meglio.
I started my shop because I was sick and tired of all the chemicals and additives in EVERYTHING. It was impossible to find REAL products that weren't filled with garbage.
The more I learned about specific ingredients, the more I realized that everyone was pulling the wool over our eyes when it came to our beauty products. It's a billion dollar industry and they plan to keep it that way. I want to spread the word! You don't have to compromise your face and skin; you only have one life so live it well.
I love learning about homesteading and going back to our roots. I want to help people slow down and appreciate the little things in life; like super soft hats made from hand spun fiber and the satisfaction that you get from doing things for yourself.
I started this shop to share the natural and organic recipes that I tried for myself; things that were hand made and not pumped out in a factory.
I get as many of my ingredients from local sources as I can and make sure that there is NOTHING fake in every item. I hope to soon transition to completely Vermont sourced ingredients and now only use Shea Butter from a fair trade, women owned business in Ghana. Everything else is gathered/created in USA.
Switching to natural whole products and fibers can change the way you see the world and how you live in your body. It has totally changed my life for the better.
