Frequently asked questions
Which color should I choose?
For color options, white would be for a white background and black would be for a black background. Whichever color you choose will have the opposite color wording.
What do I do if my item appears to have been damaged during shipping?
Send us a message. We are super easy to work with. Please provide all information about how the package arrived (was the outer box damaged? Are there any rips or tears in the cardboard?). If you can take pictures of the damaged packaging that would be helpful. Also, if you could send me pictures of the damaged item as well. That's all you need to do. I will work with you to come to a mutual resolution. I usually resend the item right away.
This also goes for things that you may not think are damage. When our signs are shipped, they are made to not come out of their frames and they have no scrapes or other flaws on the front of the sign (frames may have some imperfections as they are rustic, rough cut lumber).
Frame/Sign Information
Our signs are made from wood. Wood shrinks and swells as the humidity around it changes. We have designed our new frames to allow for this shrinkage and swelling without causing any damage to the sign. The signs, at time, may seem like it can move a tiny bit within the frame. This is normal and is just the small amount of extra room added to allow for the natural. processes that the wood goes through. DIMENSIONS ARE INCLUDING FRAMES AND MAY VARY BY UP TO 1/2 INCH LARGER IN EACH DIMENSION.
Shipping Delays
We ship most signs by USPS Priority Mail. With current labor shortages across the country we have seen some shipping delays at times. This can be different amounts of times depending on which part of the country you live in. Most of our signs do make it to their intended destination on time. We monitor all of our packages as they move towards their destination. If we see any delays that last longer than they normally should we will contact you and also contact our local post office to see if we can get any updated information. Usually, if an item is stalled somewhere, it will start moving again with a day or two.
