Frequently asked questions
Are your patches washable?
Yes! All of my patches have been heat set and can be washed as per usual. But do you really wash your crust vest?
Why hasn't my item arrived yet?
The mail system works in mysterious ways. If it’s been more than 20 days I will be happy to send your order again(or grant refund). But sad that it was lost...
How big are the Pronoun Pins?
They are 2.25”! Which feels small on the internet but in real life is the size of a 50¢ piece! Or the top of a soda can!
Can you ship to “blank” country?
Unfortunately the risk of art being lost in the mail or damaged is too great for me to ship overseas. Shipping domestic allows me to deliver better quality customer care and resolve any issues that may arise quickly and economically for all parties.
When will you restock “blank”?
Currently I am restocking pins every other week and patches every other month. There have been supply chain issues with materials for pins & postcards so they may be delayed some weeks. Message me if you have additional questions!
What sustainability efforts does your shop take?
Thank you for asking!
Currently, the majority of items are mailed in envelopes that are unbleached and made of partially recycled paper. Larger orders are mailed in compostable bioplastic mailers. The tape used to affix shipping labels is cellulose film tape and labels are printed on partially recycled paper or once printed paper.
Other materials used are recycled cardboard for backing buttons and recycled comics, newsprint, and kraft paper for wrapping.
Making the majority of all packing materials recyclable and/or compostable!
The patches themselves are printed on bolt ends and remnants from a local fabric shop and items such as buttons that need to be printed by machine are made locally to reduce fossil fuel use from shipping.
