I based my size off the chart and it fits a little small. I can wear it, but it's tight. Other than that, I love it. Cute shirt with a great print.

If you actually want to receive the item you order, do NOT order from this seller. I placed an order June 14th and it still hasn't shipped as of July 8th. Very disappointed.

My story, like most shop stories, starts with my own personal need. I was desperate to find motivation to get back into the gym so I made a promise to myself. Each week I went 3 days, for at least 30 minutes, I would make myself a new workout shirt. After a few weeks I realized that I was excited to go and show off my new shirts! My good friend said, "you should sell these!" and the idea was planted.
...And that brings me to today. Thank you for visiting my shop! I am a stay at home mom to 3 rambunctious, beautiful, smart, (did I mention rambunctious???) kids. I have 2 dogs and a wonderfully supportive husband. I'm both a runner and a frequent visitor of my local YMCA. I have a very firm belief that you should do whatever it takes to get yourself moving! Running, walking, biking, dancing, and everything else....it doesn't matter. JUST MOVE!

Returns and exchange details
30 day return policy-Returns are accepted on all NEW, NEVER WORN, NON CUSTOMIZED and NON HOLIDAY ITEMS. To return an item you MUST contact me within 30 days of receipt of item. Item must be shipped back to me (at your cost) and received within 2 weeks after notifying me of the return. Once received, the refund will be processed LESS THE SHIPPING COST. To exchange an item, simply follow all refund procedures and purchase the item you would like.
HOLIDAY ITEM RETURN POLICY-
Returns on holiday themed items will only be accepted if the return package is postmarked BEFORE the holiday has passed. All items must be in NEW, NEVER WORN condition. Please contact me prior to returning the item. Item must be shipped back to me (at your cost) and postmarked prior to the corresponding holiday. Once received, the refund will be processed LESS THE SHIPPING COST. To exchange an item, simply follow all refund procedures and purchase the item you would like.
ALL SALES ON CUSTOMIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL!
A customized item is any that include name/number personalization, vinyl color changes, special order shirt colors/styles or fully customized designs (basically, if I don't carry that exact item in my shop, it's customized). Due to this high level of customization all sales are final. Returns and exchanges will NOT be accepted on customized items.
While I make every effort to ensure you receive a quality product, there will be times that a flaw or defect has been overlooked. You have 30 days from the date that you receive your item to notify me of any defects. Once notified, pictures of the defect will be REQUIRED before any action is taken on my part. If possible, I will email a prepaid shipping label and ask that you ship the item back to me for me to fix it. If this is not possible, I will ship out an entirely new item. If I ask that an item be sent back to me, you have ONE WEEK from the label creation date for the package to be postmarked.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:
If you need to request changes to your order, you must do so within 24 hours of purchase. If the item has already gone into production, no changes can be made to the order.
Care instructions will be sent with all items requiring them. Please follow these instructions very carefully to keep your item looking beautiful.
CANCELING AN ORDER:
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must request cancellation WITHIN 24 HOURS of purchase. If materials have been ordered and your order is already in production, I will not be able to process a cancellation and issue a refund.
Since all listings are made to order, it COULD take up to 2 weeks for your order to be completed and ship. If you need your item prior to this, please contact me. Please take SHIPPING TIMING into account when ordering your items.
If you need an item by a certain date simply contact me. I will be upfront with you if I can meet your timeline. In most cases, there will not be a rush fee but if an item needs to ship in less than 48 hours, a rush fee will apply. The 48 hours starts when you purchase your item NOT when I am contacted.
All items are shipped USPS with tracking. Items under 13 ounces will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail (unless otherwise selected), and all items over 16 ounces have to be shipped via Priority Mail. ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED TO ADDRESS ON INVOICE. Please ensure your address is correct during checkout. Please keep in mind that USPS is not perfect and sometimes things happen (such as lost or delayed packages). If there is any delay due to USPS, you will need to contact the post office regarding your tracking. Also keep in mind that USPS tracking is not 100% accurate. If you think there is a problem with your shipment, feel free to contact me and I will work with you to rectify the situation.
Please inspect all items upon delivery. Should an order unfortunately arrive damaged, simply send me a picture of your item within 24 hours and I will take care of replacing your item in a timely fashion.
Additional policies and FAQs
Be sure to provide the CORRECT shipping address on your Etsy account. ForeverStrong Apparel cannot be held responsible for packages not received if a wrong or incomplete address is provided. If a package is returned to me, you are responsible for paying any additional shipping charge to resend the package.
I ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ON THE INVOICE.
For security purposes, I CANNOT change any personal information provided by the buyer. Therefore, I cannot mail your order to any other address other than the one you selected during checkout. If you need to change your address, your order will be refunded in full and you may purchase the order again with the correct address.
Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
My processing time is 2 weeks although, I work really hard to get orders out within a week. If you need an order sooner than my processing timing simply contact me! I'll do what I can to get it out to you.
Can you rush my order?
I definitely understand that sometimes things happen and items are needed by a certain date. I typically do not charge a rush fee unless an item is needed to be mailed within 48 hours. In which case you need to purchase the item AND the rush fee prior to work being completed. Please keep this in mind when ordering to ensure you get your item.
How does this shirt fit?
I typically include sizing information within the listing. "True to size" can mean something different to every person so I encourage you to use the sizing chart posted. If you are still unsure, I can certainly give information on how the shirt fits ME but in the end it us up to you to decide which size is best.
