My name is Karen. And I love pretty things

After a long career in the banking industry and the birth of my daughter, I decided to jump in with both feet and pursue my passion for design so I could create a more fulfilling life for my family. In August 2010, Forever Your Prints was born. What started as a one woman show has now grown into a team of 4, all dedicated to bringing more “pretty things” to you.

Forever Your Prints has one goal: To be your one-stop solution for all of your celebration planning needs. From reproduction to retirement, we are here to serve you like a trusted family friend. We offer beautiful, unique, affordable designs for your baby showers, birth announcements, birthday parties, retirement parties, and every occasion to celebrate in between. We keep our finger on the pulse of the industry to insure our offerings are always on-trend, and we listen to our customers' feedback to make sure we are adding new products to meet the growing needs of the families we serve. All of our products are lovingly and professionally designed by our in-house staff, and if you don't see what you're looking for, we look forward to working one-on-one with you to create your custom project.

In a word, YOU. There are countless party printable companies on the market today. What makes us different is the business model we established from the start. Forever Your Prints was never a hobby. From our inception we set out to be the “go-to” source for our customers by prioritizing customer service. While great designs and an expansive product offering are important, the success of FYP is found in the level of service provided by our staff. We are a team of moms that come from professional corporate backgrounds with roles that all focused on serving the needs of the customer. We draw from our experiences from both worlds to insure your happiness. We love babies, and kids, and parties, and pretty things. We are also professional, we are responsive, and meeting the expectations of our customers is of the utmost importance to us.

{Our Team}
Karen is the founder, Lead Designer, and Creative Director of FYP. She is a devoted wife and mother living in Alberta, Canada, and oversees the day-to-day operations. She's a certified goofball, loves working in her pajamas, and loves to make her customers smile. Karen's designs have been featured in numerous magazines, and in top-selling party book, “Party Style: Kids' Parties from Baby to Sweet 16” by Gemma Touchstone (published 2015, Cedar Fort, Inc.)

Amanda, our design assistant, works closely with Karen to insure our offerings are stylish and on-trend. She lives in the Windy City with her husband and their 3 boys. She has a passion for designing, and absolutely loves coordinating all of the little details that make a party truly special. She loves using her creativity to turn an ordinary day into something extraordinary.

Bren, our Production & Design Assistant, oversees client orders and manages our printing service to insure a high quality product arrives at your door every time. She was born and raised in Arizona, and has been married to her rugged Scot, Ian, for over 6 years, with whom she has a son. She is a well known digital scrapbook designer and has a passion for all things Photoshop. She loves designing, reading, , spending time with her family, and longs for a life on the beach.

Carrie, our Social Media & Marketing Manager, is a native of Phoenix, Arizona, and has been married for over 20 years. After 15 years in Corporate America where she worked as a Relationship Manager, she became a stay-at-home mom after the birth of her first child. She now takes care of FYP's social media and marketing strategy. She is a self professed nerd with a love of spreadsheets, is obsessed with Disneyland, and enjoys spending time with her husband, Jim, and their two small children.

Forever Your Prints was established in August 2010, out of a love for keeping things simple.
We offer clients unique and fully customizable invitations and party printables.
Party Planning can be pretty overwhelming at times, but we take it back a notch and try to help clients have a stress free experience.

{BUSINESS HOURS} Our shop is open 7 days a week from 9 to 5 pm MST. Orders/correspondence will be processed during that time. We observe all national holidays.

{QUESTIONS} Most questions can be answered by reading the listing description in full, or in our FAQ section on our policies page. Should you still have questions after reading those, please feel free to contact us.

Your payment must be received in full prior to any work being started. We do not offer samples, and will not send a sample until an order is placed.
Shipping
{TURNAROUND AND SHIPPING TIMES FOR PRINTED ITEMS)

Any printing service orders that are placed, will be shipped to the address on your Etsy profile. If you wish to ship to an alternate address, please let us know when you are placing your order. We will not be held responsible for incorrect or old addresses on your shipping profile. If an order has to be re-mailed due to a client not informing us of a different address, the client will be billed for the additional charges, and those charges must be paid in full before we will re-ship the order.

{USA PRINT ORDERS}
All print orders are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail, within 3 days (M-F) of your final proof(s) being approved. Shipping takes between 2 and 4 business days, includes tracking (upon request), and $50 insurance.
Total time from when the order is placed to when you have your designs in-hand ranges from 4 to 9 business days, but may be longer depending on the time it takes for you to acknowledge and approve your order. We will not be held responsible for delayed orders due to slow response time from a client.
Please allow additional delivery time for the postal busy seasons, inclement weather, and national holidays. We will not be held responsible for postal delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

{CANADIAN PRINT ORDERS}
All invitation print orders are shipped out via Fed Ex ground mail, within 3 days (M-F) of your proofs being approved. Shipping takes between 3 and 10 business days.

Total time from when the order is placed to when you have your designs in-hand ranges from 1.5 to 3 weeks, but may be longer depending on the time it takes for you to acknowledge and approve your order. We will not be held responsible for delayed orders due to slow response time from a client.
Please allow additional delivery time for the postal busy seasons, inclement weather, customs delays, and national holidays. We will not be held responsible for postal delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as any possible delays with customs.

{IMPORT FEES AND TAXES}
Customers are solely responsible for any importing fees and taxes charged by their country. Forever Your Prints does not pay importing fees or taxes charged by your country.

{IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER}
Once your print order has been submitted to the printing company, we are unable to cancel the printing order/process to make edits to your design. PLEASE make sure to double check that the details and spelling on your design are correct, PRIOR to approving your proof.
If changes are required, and we have already submitted the design to be printed…you will be responsible for any additional printing charges, additional shipping charges…as well as any editing fees charged by us.

{PRINTER COLOR VARIATIONS - WE PRINT}
We print client orders on professional commercial printers/letterpress printers. Due to the variations between screen resolutions on an individual's computer monitor, hand-held device, tablet, and printer quality...colors may vary on the final printed product. Colors may be more vibrant and deeper than shown on your computer...but will be beautiful!

We STRONGLY suggest printing a sample of your design at the place you will be having them printed at, PRIOR to requesting the final design.
If the sample is too bright, ask the print lab to lighten the color up to 15%.

{PRINTING ERRORS}
If you find an error with your printing order, such as incorrect size ordered, prints arrived damaged etc., please let us know within 1 business days of receiving your order.
You will be asked to provide a photograph showing the error in your print, after which we will send your order in to be reprinted free of charge.
We do not reprint orders free of charge due to design errors/edits which are caused by customer oversight. Customers are solely responsible for the information on their designs. We will not re-print orders due to spelling, grammatical errors, or incorrect party details.

{DIGITAL DOWNLOADS}: please read the listing in full before placing your order, and if you have questions PLEASE ask us first. No refunds are honored on digital downloads, as once the file(s) is downloaded you already have the product.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and services, refunds will NOT BE issued once your 1st proof has been designed and sent to you. We charge for the time it takes to design your order, and once the 1st proof is sent, the work has already been done.

DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER INVITATION SIZES THAN 5X7 AND 4X6?
Unfortunately we do not. We only offer 5 x 7, and 4 x 6 prints. Please be sure the lab you are using prints a true 5 x 7 or 4 x 6 design as we cannot resize our designs to fit a labs custom sizing requirement.

DO YOUR DESIGNS INCLUDE A BLEED?
No they do not. If you are using a pro-lab to print your invitations, please contact us before placing your order. We have a white bleed template that we will place your design on which allows for a .25 inch bleed. Your design will not automatically come with one unless you contact us first. If a bleed request is received AFTER your final design(s) has been approved and issued to you, a $5 fee will apply.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DIGITAL JPG AND DIGITAL PDF (2/PAGE)?
• JPG file - for printing on photo paper at a local or online photo lab, or on photo paper at home.
• PDF file (2 invites per page) - for printing on heavy cardstock at home or a copy centre such as Staples, Office Max etc. The invitations will need to be "cut-out" once printed. Many office supply stores will do this for you, for a small fee.

WHY IS YOUR COMPANY LOGO ON THE BACK OF MY INVITATION?
For legal reasons, we place our company logo on the back of all complimentary invitation backers. This acknowledges that we hold the copyright and maintain all legal and creative rights to our designs.
If you do not want our logo to appear on the back of your invitation, simply do not use the complimentary backer. We will not remove our logo from the back for any reason.

HOW ARE MY FILES DELIVERED TO ME?
All of our designs are delivered via email, unless you have purchased one of our printing services.
Party Package files are sent to you through a download link in an email. We are unable to send these files through any other method, due to the extreme size of them. You MUST download them to a computer, please do not use your phone, tablet, or any other device as it will not work and could potentially damage your file.

CAN I VIEW/DOWNLOAD/PRINT THE FILES ON MY PHONE?
No. Cell phones do not have the proper software required for printable files, and therefore should not be used. Most of our files need the computer program Adobe Acrobat Reader, which allows you to view and print the PDF files properly.
Phones compress the files and they will lose resolution, and print poorly. If you choose to use your phone, you do so at your own risk.

CAN YOU SEND ME A BLANK INVITATION?
No. Due to licensing requirements with our clipart team of designers, and to protect our companies designs from duplication...all invitations must be personalized. We will not send a blank invitation under any circumstance.

MY PHOTO WON'T FIT MY INVITATION CHOICE. CAN YOU DESIGN IT SO IT WILL FIT?
No. If a design sample shows a vertical photo, please provide a vertical photo, if it shows a horizontal photo, submit a horizontal one. PLEASE DO NOT submit close-ups, photo's with props, or edge to edge photo's, as these WILL be cropped off to fit the design. Any photos with props will be cropped too, so the prop will not show in the design.

CAN INSTANT DOWNLOADS BE PERSONALIZED/CUSTOMIZED?
No. All instant downloads are just that, instant. They come exactly as shown in the listing, and are non-editable. If you would like one of our instant download designs customized, please contact is prior to placing an order.

DOES MY DESIGN INCLUDE CUSTOM COLOR CHANGES?
No, it does not include any custom coloring work. There is a custom color fee for all color changes. Please contact us for a price quote prior to placing your order, as not all designs can be changed.

CAN YOU DESIGN A CUSTOM INVITATION?
Yes! Custom invitation designs start at $50. Simply contact us for more information.

IS BASIC COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE NEEDED TO PURCHASE YOUR DESIGNS?
It helps =) As all of our designs are delivered to you via email for you to print on your own (unless you have purchased our printing service), basic knowledge on the following is very important.
• how to save a file to your computer correctly
• how to setup/change your printer settings to print your document correctly
• how to save a file to an external memory card from your computer (if having the designs printed elsewhere)
• how to print on the correct sized paper

CAN I GET A 2nd DESIGN OF THE SAME, WITH A FEW WORDS CHANGED?

I RECEIVED MY FINAL PROOF, BUT NOW I NEED AN EDIT DONE...CAN YOU DO THIS?
Yes. Date and venue changes are quite common, therefore we never charge for those edits. All other edits such as re-sizing, color changes, wording changes, etc., are $5 per design after we have released your final design.

I AM PRINTING MY DESIGNS AT HOME, BUT CANNOT GET THEM TO LINE UP PROPERLY
Printing from home is a wonderful option, but unless you know how to align your printer properly, you can run into alignment issues. As designers, we have no technical knowledge on how your printer runs, prints, or aligns. If you are having difficulty printing, please refer to your printer's instruction manual.
If you would prefer we print them for you, simply contact us and we would be happy to help!

HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP MY DESIGN FOR?
Due to the volume of orders/files we receive, all designs will be purged from our system 30 days after we have released your final design to you. We HIGHLY recommend making a backup copy of your final design(s),
as we are unable to retrieve designs once they have been removed from our system.

DO YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES PRIOR TO PURCHASE?
No. A portion of the cost of your design includes the time it takes to design your order. Due to the time involved in designing, we do not provide custom samples prior to an order being placed. However, once purchased we will design it and send you a proof for your approval. You can make any required changes at that time.

CAN YOU DESIGN MY ORDER IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE?
Unfortunately we are unable to design our designs in any other language but English. This is due to the large amount of time involved in re-designing the design template.

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO HAVE MY DESIGNS PRINTED?
Through us! We professionally print on the highest-quality papers and labels, and will ship direct to you. Saving you a trip to the stores, and post office! While we will only print designs done by our company, we will print ANY design done by our company when a printing service is purchased.

I LOVE THE PROOF OF THE DESIGN I BOUGHT, BUT I CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT A DIFFERENT DESIGN...CAN WE SWITCH IT?
Yes, but there is a charge. When you place an order, you are choosing the design that you have purchased. If we have not begun the design process...you may indeed select another design at no charge.
Once we have started the design process...if you change your mind and wish for a different design, you will need to purchase the new design.
