    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    We want you to be happy with your new prop. We will gladly accept an exchange within 14 days after delivery. Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days after contacting us. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

    **Please note: We have been extremely busy lately and exchanges will be subject to the same wait as new orders. We fill all orders in the order received. Current wait times are approx. 2-3 weeks.**

    All sales are final and returns are not accepted.
    **If your product is stamped, a $25 removal fee will be applied to your exchange if we decide to accept your exchange.

    **Failure to communicate and abandoned packages: In the event that your package is returned to us for any reason, and we are unable to contact you or have received no communication from you for 30 days, we reserve the right to refund your order.
    Shipping
    All items are shipped priority USPS and come a tracking number, and insurance (for lost or damaged packages. Does not cover packages marked as delivered.)

    **If we have evidence (delivery confirmation) that your product was delivered by USPS® to your requested shipping address, then Forged Creations will not be held responsible for any theft and/or damage taking place once the package is left on your property. If you would like to request signature confirmation, please contact us before purchasing your items.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
    Please know your country's shipping policies and import taxes. Forged Creations is NOT responsible for any tax/customs charges.

    Purchaser is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an error has been made, purchaser is responsible for any re-routing fees or extra shipping costs that may occur from said error.

    OUR WARRANTY
    All of our steel products come with a complementary lifetime warranty*. (Excludes wicks)
    This warranty not only covers the welds, but the entire prop.
    *Note* If the metal breaks inside the wick, we will have to remove the kevlar to re-attach the spine. If you would like us to replace the kevlar after the repair, that charge is six dollars. We also offer a complete re-wicking service that includes removal of old kevlar, repainting (when requested), grip ring refurbishing, cost of materials and labor. This service is $60 for 10 wick sets.
    ​If your prop needs work, please contact us to make arrangements.
    Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
    *Warranty void if repairs are performed by anyone other than Forged Creations.

    FAQ'S

    I am a beginner. What fan is best for me?
    In our personal opinion, there really is no such thing as a "beginner fan". It all comes down to the style of spinning you wish to achieve.
    ​All of our fans are made for technical spinning. They are great for beginners and advanced spinners alike. Small, and lightweight, our fans are easy to dance, and allow you to move freely without being tiresome.

    1.5", 2" or 3.5" spinning ring?
    1.5" spinning ring allows for 2 fingers in and 2 fingers out. Usually the ring and middle finger will be used for spinning and the pinky and pointer will be used for controlling the fan.
    2" spinning ring is usually for those who have larger fingers to accommodate, 2 fingers in and 2 out. However, some spinners like to use 3 fingers in and 1 out. Both ring sizes can accomplish the same movements. It really comes down to personal preference. ​

    ​Hybrid grip fans have a larger 3.5" ring meant to be used with 4 fingers in, giving the a more hoop manipulation feel.

    What are the differences between the flat grip and the Doodlegrip™?
    On our Doodlegrip™​ fan line, the rounded handle with flat sides encourages fluent transitions through different hand grips, and allows ultimate control throughout the transition from one point to another.
    Our Flat Grip fan line, the flat surface of the grip offers quick, clean stops at right angles in relation to the spinners arms.
    Both fans can achieve the same results. Again, it comes down to personal preference. ​

    I have rust on my fans. What do I do?
    Our props are made of steel. And may rust slightly if neglected. This is ok. Take a Scotch Brite pad and buff off the rust. Use coconut oil, on a rag and rub onto the bare metal to protect from moisture and future rust.. Oil props before long periods of storage. ​

    ​Do you make custom fans?
    We have designed all of our fire fans with the utmost attention payed to balance, weight reduction, and durability. We very rarely deviate from our thoroughly tested line of fans, which we consider ideal. It's very important to us that our potential customers understand that it's not that we don't want to make you happy, but rather that we feel confident that our fans the way they are... will do just that.
