4 out of 5 starsoverall good. It is early to tell. I think it could stand to be a bit heavier but I understand that's difficult in how it's being made. I think it's been done very well and I think considering the price and what is out there this is good. For those learning how to use it. there is a manual out there for other types that I found helpful.

5 out of 5 starsI haven’t used it yet, but it’s solidly built and will be a great tool in my stretching and self-care routine.

5 out of 5 starsThe hip hook was as described, well made, and does the job of the "real thing" for a fraction of the price. 10/10.
