Custom and personalized orders
At this time I do not take custom or personalized orders. All items are as described in the listing or in the photos.
Sizing details
I try to list all piece sizes as accurately as possible in the listing. Because of the handmade nature, no two pieces will be exactly a like, this is what makes handmade so special!
If items are listed as a set I try to get pieces that are roughly the same size and color to make it match as close as possible.
Mug sizes usually range from 12 oz (a can of soda) to 20 oz (usually a full measuring cup). Everyone has a favorite mug and it usually has to do with the size and shape.
Care instructions
All pieces are made with food safe, lead free glazes. Most are microwave safe (unless they have gold or silver on them) and all are dishwasher safe.
Some decorative pieces like vases or wind chimes may not be food safe, but they are perfectly safe to handle and wash.
Gold and Silver pieces should be hand washed to keep their bright appearance but are safe to put in the dishwasher. They are not microwave safe.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If an item is a gift and you would like to add a special note or wrapping please let me know! I would be happy to make a package extra special.
All packages do not include a receipt inside. You can print these off Etsy if they are needed.
I try to use recycled materials when packing to cut down on shipping costs and to help reduce waste.
If ordering multiple items I will try my best to fit them into one box. Sometimes multiple boxes are needed to ensure your items arrive safely.
I do try to include a little something special in each package - so make sure you don't accidentally toss out a free gift!
Shipping Cost
Shipping pottery can be expensive!! With the weight of the pieces and the extra supplies needed to make it safely to your door - things can add up.
I try to keep my shipping costs down. I will use flat rate boxes for larger pieces and put multiple items together if it is safe to do so.

I do offer wholesale! If you have a retail location and would like my pieces in your shop I would love to work with you.
