Like any other seller, I expect payment at the time of purchase. If you've chosen to pay by check or money order - please mail it within two business days to assure it reached me in a timely fashion. Purchasing by this method should not be treated as an excuse to wait weeks to send payment to me. That's not fair to me or the consignors that expect to be paid for sold items.

Please drop me a line once you've sent out payment for your items.
I will update your order status once I receive it and then your package should be promptly sent out baring there are no bank Holidays or problems clearing your check.
I most always ship the day of or the day after you've purchased and paid for an item.

I'm efficient and try to keep wasted materials to a minimum for you.

I ship all of my orders via the US Postal Service.

Most every US orders should arrive within 2 to 5 business days depending on US destination as I primarily ship priority mail and first class mail. On very rare occasions I'm forced to ship parcel post.

Confirmation codes are included with your shipping for my protection and yours

If you'd like to purchase insurance, please let me know.

When shipping overseas the post office says to allow up to 10 days BUT customs plays a large part in how quickly your item arrives to you. Your order could take up to six full weeks to arrive so please, do not be hasty. Contact me and then customs to help find your package. I will always provide a customs form number. It's very important that you hang on to it for just this occasion.

Once your package has left my hands I can not be held accountable for the Post Office or customs.

Furthermore, registered mail and insurance is available for overseas packages. This is offered BY REQUEST and the customer must make note at the time of purchase since there will be extra fees involved. If your package is lost or damaged and you've not chosen to protect your investment with these tools, I cannot reimburse you as I will be out my product and you will be out your purchasing fees.

Some orders might be subject to customs fees or duty taxes from your local government. You the buyer, are responsible for these fees. Again, I really hate, that that's the case.

Let me make this clear: I will not mark your packages as gifts so that you can avoid customs fees. I make it clear on the forms that you are purchasing used clothing, but I will not lie for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not offer any current return policy.
I do my absolute best to describe each item, list flaws and take detailed images for your convenience. Color may vary from computer to computer and I take my time to measure each garment, flat on the floor so that you may compare it against your own treasured pieces.

If I have GROSSLY misrepresented and item, please contact me!

You, the buyer, have *every* opportunity to ask me any and all questions before you purchase as item from me.

-Material information (Texture, washability, etc)
-Room to let out a garment (Inner bodice, hem, etc)

Buyers remorse is something we all suffer from, from time to time but it is not a valid reason for return or negative feedback.

Please be very careful when purchasing your vintage items. I want you to get just the perfect pieces of history to add to your personal collections - and I want you to be truly satisfied.

That being said, please refer to the degrees in which I gauge the condition of my items. Mint - Excellent - Great - Good - AS IS

Please remember you are not purchasing BRAND NEW ITEMS even if items are in excellent condition they are not *mint*. You are purchasing history. Pieces of history that have been worn, loved and have acquired character over the years.

I will do my VERY best to check items for flaws. I'm a one person show. If I have missed a stressed seam or a small stain lost in a wild pattern, let me know! It happens, but not often.

Keep in mind that modern sizes are not the same as vintage. Rely on measurements and comparisons to ensure a proper fit.

As of Feb 16th there will be a 15% restocking fee on canceled orders! I *hate* to do this, but in most cases I have your items packed and ready to ship just shortly after you place your order. This is to reimburse my time and packing materials.

Due to a high number of customers asking for holds & neglecting to buy the item or communicate after the fact - I will no longer be holding items over a period of 24 hours.

****Reserves over 24hrs are considered lay-a-way and will require a 25% non-refundable deposit or down payment.****

I apologize to my loyal holdee's but it's just plain unfair to hold items weeks on end - depriving other buyers of them (and me the chance to sell them), only to have someone change their mind in the end.

Many of my items are with me via consignment, therefore I only have a certain time frame in which to sell their wonderful things.

If in the past you have asked me to hold items and then Ignored my emails to you, please do not expect me to hold items in the future.

Yes! I do offer lay-a-way but in a very clear payment plan. The buyer is responsible for keeping up with the payments and making sure they're transferred on time. If I'm forced to message you time and time again to remind you about a payment, the transaction will be cancelled and the previous payment (minus the down payment) will be refunded to you.

Please remember, while I am a one woman show here on Etsy - I'm also a business. As a business, I expect timely payments.

More often than not I'm willing to offer some kind of discount on purchases.
Some items are my own and some belong to consignors, so discounts are given
on a case by case basis.

I can not offer free shipping to any international location - the fees are just far too high for that.
