Returns and exchange details
Your satisfaction is my highest priority.
I stand behind my product and only ship out the very best I have to offer. On that note, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of the workmanship of the product itself, please contact me immediately (3 days from delivery receipt).
I do accept returns. Please ship your item back to me within 7 days of delivery. I will refund your original payment upon the return of your original purchase minus the shipping cost. Return shipping is not provided. Refunds will be given in the same form of original payment. In case of pottery products arriving broken or cracked, your purchase will be refunded or exchanged, at no cost to you. Plants arriving wilted or with travel shock are not eligible for refunded shipping charges.
Weather can affect all shipments with plants. Please use your best judgment when purchasing plants- both regarding hot and cold weather. Packages are not shipped with heat packs. Please allow your plants to acclimate in your home.

Summer is here! That means your plants can arrive wilted and extra tired from their journey. Think of it as your plant having jetlag. Upon delivery, place your plant in a shady area, out of direct sunlight and give it just a sip of water- not too much!
Payment
I accept PayPal and credit cards through Etsy's processing.
Shipping
I ship via USPS to offer the most economical shipping method possible. The items will be shipped in 1-3 business days ( usually the next day) with USPS First Class (2-5 business days); you will receive a tracking number.

Please note: I am not responsible for lost, stolen, undelivered packages. If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting me prior ordering.

Items returned to sender by the post office will be refunded, minus shipping charges.

Products which include live plants are non-refundable.
