A point to note is that Ed does not discount his personal artwork for 'special occasions' or 'sales'. His prices increase annually and so purchasers and collectors from previous years have seen the market value of their purchases increase accordingly.

Returns and exchanges
I am sure you will be thrilled to have this item, appropriately framed and presented, on you home or workplace wall... however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I will arrange for a refund, less the original postal costs.
Payment
Payment is accepted via Bank Transfer, PayPal (Moneybookers/Skrill is also a secure option - ask for account details) as well as a French bank cheque in Euros but only for French domiciled clients.
Shipping
From January 2016 normal mailing services for France are by "Lettre Prioritaire" and for Europe/EU/Rest of World countries by "Paquet Prioritaire." These are ordinary, although fairly rapid services, and do not include insurance/loss cover, "Signed-for" or other registered options, the cost of which will be calculated and added on to the original quote if required.

All items will be mailed by first post the day following notification of the order and payment and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
Additional policies and FAQs
Most of my artwork here is "abstract" and created with a specific colour palette... however, if you like a particular theme or design, but would be more interested in a different colour balance, please contact me with details and I may be able to produce to order (for the same price as regular items) a suitable image for your wall.

For small pieces, where the maximum overall size is no greater than European A4 or US Letter page, the purchaser may choose to include the bevelled mat (with a choice of colours) and glazed wood/metal frame used in the illustration (not normally included) at a reasonable and fair extra charge to reflect their cost, plus the increase in postal weight/charge.

Also a signed and dated "Certificate of Authenticity" and an itemised "Customs Import/Export" form (similar to Saatchi's documentation) will be sent with every piece of artwork.
