PLEASE NOTE: I do NOT send order confirmations. If you placed an order AND paid via Paypal -- the purchase & payment information can be seen in the "purchases section" on your Etsy account. If you see it listed there, then I received it. I will contact you if I have a question or need something from you regarding your order... Sending numerous emails or convos regarding the status of your order will only delay the process.

Also, I do NOT send proof before a purchase is made. Please do not ask me to send a proof of the invitation with your information or photo before you purchase.

SHIPPING: No physical materials will be shipped unless you purchase PRINTING SERVICES from me. If you purchase a digital file listing - only flattened .jpeg or .pdf files will be emailed to your Etsy email account on file. You can then take the .jpeg or .pdf file and print at any local location of your choice or print at home.

I will send you a proof for your approval within my designated time frame listed in the shop welcome message. You will then need to review the order and double check for any errors, including spelling errors. I am not responsible for ANY errors once you have approved your proof and a final version has been sent to you.

The price of the listing includes a maximum of THREE (3) revisions. Its important that you review your proof carefully and send one email with all of your revisions at once. If more than 3 revisions are necessary, a $5 fee will apply. A revision is considered a change or modification of the information that was originally sent, including photos. If you'd like to change the photo from the original photo sent, this will count as 1(ONE) revision within the allowed three.

Once you have reviewed and approve the proof and a final proof has been emailed in .jpeg or .pdf form, any additional changes will require an additional fee of $5.

No refunds will be issued once work has begun on your order. I want my customers to be 100% happy and satisfied. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me so I can make it right. I am not responsible for any mishaps caused by the printing company of your choice. Colors, clarity, quality ect. may vary between monitors and printer. This is out of my control.

Please remember I am a stay home mom to a 6, 5 and 1.5 year old. They are my top priority until they are tucked in at night . I'm not always able to respond to your email or revision within an hour. I try to save my weekends for my family time but sometimes able to sneak in some work late at night (on weekends) but definitely not guaranteed.
