Can a name on a product be changed?
Of course, every product is custom made after purchase. Most products have many variations in design that can be changed for your own unique product.
How do I include my monogram information?
After adding the item to the cart, you are able to leave an optional notes to four loves. Please include:
1. Letter and or Name
2. Thread Color for Embroidered Name
3. Font
4. Date needed (if discussed prior)
6. Any other changes; custom made just for you so anything can be changed
Traditionally monograms are placed in first, LAST, middle order, so if you wish to have them a different order, please be sure to include the order you would like them embroidered.
What is your turn around time?
Turn around time for most items is 2-3 weeks. We ship all products 2-3 day priority shipping. Please contact if there is a date you need it by to see if we can accommodate, we also do have a rush fee that can be purchased.
