I cannot give my opinion on the quality of the product since my package was stuck in Chicago for several days and the plants died.

I'm having trouble with taxes. They charged me three times the value of the item. The tax includes the item itself (25%), plus a 25% tax on the shipping cost, plus a 25% tax on the total amount I've already paid ($8). I have a lot of questions for the Etsy marketplace regarding improperly processed double taxation. I think the seller shipped a good plant. But due to a delay, I received empty jars; it took about three weeks. It's very hot in Europe in the summer. Unfortunately, the plants died.

Terrible item, mostly withered, turned yellow and unlike the picture post on website

I wouldn't order anything from this company .They sent me rotten product and wouldn't refund me after I sent in a refund request didn't even answer me.

Good quality and great shipping

these red roots all arrived dried up and dead, I placed them in water hopeful that they would revive, but to no avail

It was completely dead when I received it, this plant cannot be sent via mail
