Your purchase will be shipped from Italy via priority mail in 1 to 2 working days unless it is made to order.

We have just updated our standard shipping option to the following services:
-> International shipping: "Priority Internazionale" (Poste Italiane)
It allows visibility while the parcel is in Italy; once it crosses the border there will be no way to track it.
-> Domestic shipping: "Posta 1" (Poste Italiane)

If you wish to insure the item or to track/sign it please contact me and we can arrange the appropriate shipping upgrade. Please note shipping costs will be higher.

Likewise, there is a cheaper option for shipping your parcel from Italy, we decided against it because it would only save you approx €0.40 and the shipping times are double the ones listed below. Still, should you prefer to go with it, just add a note to your order and I will apply the relevant discount.

As a general rule, please expect the following shipping times:
Italy 2 to 5 working days
Europe 7 to 10 working days (1 to 2 weeks)
Rest of the world 10 to 20 working days (2 to 4 weeks).

International customers are responsible for any extra taxes, their own customs & vat fees.
I will ship to your Etsy address. Please make sure that this address is correct and updated. Please note that no refund is provided in case of loss or damage to the item.

Besides the items displayed, bespoke garments can be commissioned.

♦ SIZE ♦
All cycling caps are vintage-style and one size meaning they will fit up to 60cm circumference. If you need a larger size please submit a custom order.

♠ CARE and MAINTENANCE ♠
We strongly recommend handwashing as the spin cycle of the washing machine might damage the visor. Wash with mild detergent and do not wring out the cap, just rinse it and let it dry on a flat surface.
Please note the visor is stiffened with heavy fuse interfacing. It will get creased after washing, just iron it to put it back in shape. Recommended time is 15 seconds per side.

This policy applies if you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.

I will only use such information to process your purchases and comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Your name and shipping address will only be disclosed to the the national postal service (Poste Italiane) as they will be written on the shipping label and on the shipping receipt (when you request a registered mail shipping, “Raccomandata”).
Receipts will promptly be destroyed as soon as you confirm the package has reached its destination.

Communication will happen strictly via Etsy convo.
I will never use your personal email address for communicating with you nor for marketing campaigns.


Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
