    Following your passion can be a challenge, but it's worth it.

    Foxfire Galleries began as a creative outlet after maintaining a "day job" in the finance world. While crunching numbers by day may pay the bills, it doesn't feed the artistic passion that bubbles up from within an artist's soul.

    I have created art in the form of paintings and floral work as gifts to friends and family for years. After hearing people say "You should make this a business" one too many times, I finally decided that they might be on to something. Hence, Foxfire Galleries was born.

    I feel God has blessed me with an ability to share beauty with others, while at the same time challenging them to live the best life they can. He's blessed me with this passion, and so I am here to share it with you.

    Welcome to Foxfire Galleries, and thanks for your interest! Below are some of our policies. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

    Returns and exchanges
    Unfortunately we cannot provide returns on custom orders or holiday decorations. However, if there is damage as a result of shipment, please contact us so we can come to a solution that benefits all parties.

    For artwork, we can accept returns if they are mailed back to us within 7 days of customer's receipt of the item, in the same condition in which it was received. Refunds are only provided for the item returned not including shipping, and the customer bears responsibility for return shipping costs.
    Payment
    We accept Paypal, credit, and debit cards. We collect 8.25% sales tax on any sales made to customers within Texas.

    Please note: you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

    You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

    Non-Payment: Should payment not clear on an item within a reasonable time frame, the order will be cancelled and relisted for another customer to purchase. Negative feedback will be left for those who do not pay and then do not respond to correspondence. Should there be a problem with payment after the order is placed, please contact us so we can work something out.
    Shipping
    We ship via USPS, Standard Post for any large packages such as wreaths, garlands and centerpieces, which should arrive between 2-8 days from shipment. For smaller artwork, we will send via priority mail which should arrive by 3 days from date of shipment. Should you desire a faster shipping option, contact us, and we will determine the additional shipping cost.

    We will send deliveries out within one business day of your payment clearing if they are already in stock. For custom orders, please allow 1-2 weeks for creation of the piece plus shipping estimates.

    Shipments will be made to the address provided during Etsy checkout.

    Shipping on our wreaths and garlands is estimated, and should the actual cost be less than the estimate when your order is placed, we will refund the difference.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    Custom orders will be filled as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that this may take 1-2 weeks before it is ready to ship, especially during the busy holiday season.

    To ensure that an item is received before Christmas, it is recommended that your custom order be placed by November 28th for wreaths and garlands and by December 16th for smaller ready-made items that can be sent Priority Mail.

    Should you need to place an order after November 28th for a custom piece, an accelerated delivery option will need to be selected. Please contact us to work out the shipping options.
