You will find in my Etsy shop my digital creations in instant download: illustrations in the form of clipart or illustrated creative kits to be printed by you.
Each product sheet gives the characteristics of the digital files, as well as the dimensions of the clipart images or paper creations.
Particular care is taken in color rendering, however from one screen to another rendering may vary. Printing a detail will give you an idea of this rendering (choose a descriptive illustration of the product sheet).
The following terms of sale apply for sales to individuals for personal use or schools, not for profit.
I draw your attention to the following:
For commercial use, there is a license. Beyond the limits indicated in the license, please contact me for the establishment of a contract.
Validating the electronic order form implies full and unreserved acceptance of the order and the terms of sale described below: you acknowledge having read it.

French is the official language of these conditions of sale.
French law is applicable.
A dispute must first be resolved amicably, by sending a complaint to Françoise Bernier owner of the e-shop "FraNbulle" on Etsy.com via a conversation of Etsy.
If the resolution of the dispute was impossible, the use of a consumer mediator would be necessary.
The competent court is that of Dijon.
- CHANGES TO THE GTC
