Received the beautiful, paper quilled necklace yesterday...it was a gift for my girlfriend...she just loves it!....it is a well crafted, colorful & creative work of art...it was a pleasure doing business with Flavia...excellent communication...she is highly recommended!

Payment should be completed within two days from the purchase, then allow three working days and I'll ship your order.
Business days refer to Monday - Friday.
I ship with priority or registered mail, it depends on the package measurement.
Attention: priority and registered mail DO NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE as they're NOT TRACKABLE.
Only with Registered mail I can provide a receipt of the shipment with a tracking number valid only till the italian frontier. This gives you the chance to understand when your item effectively leaves Italy to your country)
You can however contact me BEFORE placing your order if you prefer to upgrade shipping (f.e. adding insurance or if you desire a faster service).
Delivery time extimations :
- 10/22 business days of delivery to USA, Canada, Australia, Asian countries, South Africa and eastern Europe.
- 5/10 business days of delivery to most European countries.
- 2/7 business days to Italy.
Please note, the delivery timeframe may varies, expecially during Holiday season like Christmas.
I package all my items with extreme care in order to exclude damages, but I'm NOT RESPONSIBLE for losses or damages due to shipment.
If you purchase more than one item, they will most likely be packaged together unless you request they be packaged individually in the "notes to seller" box at checkout.
International buyers are responsible for any taxes and customs duties to their countries. Each country has different laws and fees and there is no way for me to include this in the shipping price.
Item will be shipped to the Etsy address so make sure of it. If you want I can ship to another address, just tell me that in the "notes to seller" box at checkout.
Refunds and Exchanges
In case of exchanges, please keep in mind that some of my jewelry is one of a kind and I may not be able to exchange your item for the exact same item.
In case of refunds, please take note you'll be refunded excluding shipping costs, provided it has not been worn or damaged and is returned in the original packaging. Please contact me within 2 days after arrival.
Returning shipping costs are paid by the buyer. I do not take responcebility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to me.
I DON'T accept returns of:
- items that have been used by the buyer
- discounted or on sale items
- custom orders, as they are specially made
- items that have been destroyed due to careless handling. If you need to fix such an item, please contact me - I'll do my best to help you.
All returns must be shipped via registered mail (with tracking number); you'll receive the refund within three business days from the return delivery date.
If the item is returned as "unclaimed", the sale will be canceled, and the money will be returned (less the shipping cost, PayPal fee and any other fees relating to the sale).
