Welcome to FrameBoutique where we specialize in: handmade, vintage-inspired jewelry; our designs are an eclectic mix of Shabby Chic, Neo-Victorian, Parisian Chic & Boho Chic styles.

For international shipping and custom orders, send us a convo & please keep in mind we only ship for orders over $25USD. For North American orders we have a purchase minimum of $10USD (not incl shipping/tax).

Before placing an order with us, please be sure to read our shop policies. Once placing an order, you have agreed to our shop's policies. Once you have purchased, it is also assumed you have fully read the details of the item purchased including colours, quantities, measurements, ect.

Welcome to our little creative corner, FrameBoutique!

For all orders, items are mailed within one business day of payment confirmation (Mon-Fri). Please note that if you have paid with a Paypal e-check, it can take 2-4 business days to clear & orders cannot be shipped until the cheque has been approved.

My main philosophy is customer service & satisfaction. All of my items are handmade by me & I often use vintage pieces in my items. Some pieces may have minor imperfections because of their vintage nature so please keep this in mind. If you have any questions about your order or are displeased in any way with your purchase, please take the time to contact me before leaving feedback - I promise I will always make things right. :)


When you have purchased a FrameBoutique item(s), please pay for your item(s) through Paypal. If payment is not received within 48 hours & other arrangements have not been made, the item will be relisted.

I am very flexible & patient just as long as I hear from the buyer. If there is no communication or payment within 24 hours item will be re-listed & considered a non-sale.


The items I have listed are always ready to ship, your item will ship the next business day (Monday to Friday) after a confirmed payment has been approved. Please ensure that the address you have listed on Etsy is consistent with your Paypal address. I will only ship to the address provided to me through Etsy. If any issues arise or the item is not in stock, I will contact you to let you know if it will take longer than one day to create your item.

The listed shipping costs for all countries include shipping and handling (bubble lined envelops, securely protected gift boxes, ect).

Domestic (Canada) Orders: I ship using Canada Post, however if you would like to upgrade to priority or courier, please let me know & I will add this additional cost to your item which will ship through DHL courier service. If you require shipping insurance, please contact me before your order has been placed. Domestic orders can take from 5-21 business days.

North American orders: Standard shipping from Toronto, Canada can take from 5-21 business days for all North American destinations. If you need your purchase faster, please convo me & we can discuss express & courier options. The transit time will vary for orders to the US due to customs. Customs process time is unpredictable & orders can arrive within 4 business days or others upwards of 21 business days. Etsy sellers have no control over the process time which can be very frustrating for us too!

International Orders: For international orders, I ship using First Class International airmail through DHL which does not include insurance for losses/damages during shipment. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let us know. For Customs or Duty fees, you, the buyer are responsible for this payment. For international orders. please take the time to let me know your item arrived! :)

Please note: I do not include a copy of your invoice with your order to try & minimize my environmental footprint, however, a copy of your invoice is always available on your Etsy account ("Purchases").

Refunds and Exchanges

FrameBoutique's first priority is customer service & satisfaction; we want you to love your newly purchased item! If you have ordered an item & have any concerns, please immediately contact me before leaving feedback so we can remedy the situation as quickly & efficiently as possible. I promise, I will always make things better! :)

If you decide to return your item, please contact & let me know within 5 days of item's receipt. Additionally, the purchased item must be returned within 2 days of delivery confirmation & in its original packaging. You will receive a refund (minus shipping costs) or you can chose to do an exchange. However, for custom orders, large quantities or multiples, I do not accept returns so please order carefully.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please note that there is a $8USD minimum order on all purchases (not including shipping costs & tax).

Custom Orders: FrameBoutique is happy to do customer orders! Depending on the extent of how customized the item is or the quantity, the time to create the items could take upwards of 2-5 days. In the case of large custom orders (weddings, holiday gifts), I will need a 50% payment deposit prior to creating your order. Custom orders have been my favourite way to interact with customers & create items they will truly love, plus, it's very inspiring to create someone else's ideal piece!

Reserved: If you see something in FrameBoutique's shop & you would like to purchase it for a couple of days, contact me & I can reserve the listing for you. The reserved listing will last for 2 days & if you change your mind, simply let me know!

Feedback: When you have received your order, I encourage you to leave feedback for your lovely FrameBoutique piece. If you have any issues at all, even seemingly small please contact me so I can remedy the situation & ensure you are completely happy with your experience. This feedback indicates that you have fully received your purchase, that you are satisfied & happy with the items & the process of transaction is complete. Once this has been completed, I will leave my feedback for you! :)

***Please note that feedback is permanent & Etsy shops depend on positive feedback. If any negative feedback is given that is unfounded or I have not been approached prior to leaving the feedback in order to be given a chance to recitify any issues, the customer is subject to charges of defamation. The law protects an individual or business's reputation against defamation.
