Returns and Exchange Details
Please note all sales are final! We do not accept returns, so please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding the item before you purchase it. We are happy to answer any questions you might have regarding dimensions, materials or colors.
Damages from shipment cannot be refunded. Once the item is mailed with Canada Post, it is between the buyer and Canada Post and thus it's a good idea to get shipping insurance!
Payment
All payments must be made 24 hours after purchase, otherwise, the transaction will be cancelled and the item will be re-listed.
Delivery
Please make sure you have your address typed correctly. If you want us to send your order to a different address, be sure to send a convo/message immediately following the order. Otherwise, there will be no reshipment of the orders if it's shipped to the wrong or old address.
