Domestic Shipping Basic Info

Domestic Shipping and Handling : Due to recent hikes in shipping costs, we have taken to using USPS Ground more often than not and find that the time is slightly longer but treated with the same level of care. For items in the New England area we may still use USPS Priority. If you need the item quickly, please let us know though depending on where it is going and the size of the object, there may be a small uncharge.

Domestic: All our packages are insured for the purchase price, up to $100 and additional insurance is available upon request.
Domestic: Our items ship within one to five business days. We will advise if it will take longer.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we can ship internationally!.Please inquire about shipping specific to your location; rates are not listed however we will gladly quote a price.

We will provide an international tracking number from USPS. Once the package leaves USPS and it is handed off to your local customers and/or postal carrier, we (and USPS) no longer have visibility and cannot assist with customs disputes. We regret that issues at that end need to be resolved between the buyer and their customs/local Post Office. A refund on those items, if lost, may not always be possible though we will do the best we can to help with these issues.

How are the items packed? What if it breaks?

We strive to securely pack every item, however occasionally an item is broken in shipping.

Recent shipping delays and manpower has made shipping occasionally unpredictable. Even though a box may not be visibly damaged, we have found that items can still appear damaged or broken.

In the event that this happens we ask that you let us know right away, send us photos and retain the broken item and packaging and that you take it to your local post office if necessary. We will take care of everything else and will issue a refund as soon as we get your photos. We'll file the insurance claim. There's nothing else for you to do.

Can I get a refund for other items that are not broken?

If you request a refund for other reasons, please contact us. If we request that the item to be returned to the shop, we will provide you with our return shipping address and if appropriate, provide funds to cover the cost of postage. Once we have tracking confirmation that the item has been sent, we will begin the item refund process. We regret that we cannot process the refund sooner; we need to know that the item is on its way first.

For items that are deemed lost in the mail after a reasonable time/search, contact us immediately. A full refund for domestically shipped product will generally be provided ASAP.

How do we know the condition?

If you receive an item and are not happy or it does not meet your expectations, please convo immediately so we can work a resolution before leaving a review. If the item is not to your liking, we can generally arrange a return/full refund. If an item is broken or shows damage we missed, we will rectify the situation right away.

We strive to describe and depict our items so that you know the condition of your item exactly. Since all of our items are vintage some signs of age, wear and tear, etc are to be expected and are not in "like new" condition unless stated as such.

Please examine all photos carefully as they are part of the description. If you are unsure about an item, feel free to ask for more photos and to ask questions.

Returns?

Sometimes we all make purchases that were not quite what we were expecting. Depending on the circumstances, we will either pay the shipping cost or the buyer will - please contact us right away as we want to make things right! Please be sure to read the listing carefully as we try to provide as much detail as possible on the item so you can be reassured what you are purchasing.
