Hey! I'm Diane, a photographer + designer in Calgary, AB, Canada. I make fun little prints in a clean + minimal style! I can most often be found experimenting with a combination of watercolour, acrylic paint, and digital painting, in my little home surrounded by my 2 cats and snacks o' plenty :)

In designing this line of home decor items, it was important to me that it was simple, colourful, made from vegan materials, and that the fabrics were printed in North America.

Where do your items ship from?

All my items are designed by me in Calgary, Canada, and I work with a lovely company in North Carolina, USA who prints and ships them.

Great! I'm only able to take on limited amounts of influencers, however please get in touch either via Etsy convos, or at hello@frankieprintco.com.

Can you do rush orders?

No, sorry. Due to the printing process, I can't guarantee any faster production or shipping time than what is listed.

What is your return & refund policy?

Because each item is made-to-order just for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. I will of course correct any items that are incorrect or damaged by shipping a new one to you. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me as I want to make sure you're happy!

While I work hard to ensure product photos are as accurate as possible, please note computer + device monitors can cause colour variances. For this reason, I cannot give refunds for minor colour variances. When ordering, please ensure you look at product photos using the "zoom" button to see the details.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

I work with an outside printer to have all my items printed and shipped, and I generally submit orders within a few hours of you ordering. Once the printing + production process starts, I am unable to stop it. You can absolutely get in touch to see if there's still time to cancel, but I can't guarantee anything.

International shipping is taking a long time!

I ship everything via USPS Priority/First Class (or your local mail carrier if you are outside of the USA). Once packages are in their possession, I don't have control over it unfortunately. Once in a while with International orders, the package will get "stuck" at customs which causes a delay. If this happens, let me know and I can open a "missing package" case with USPS.

Please note I cannot offer a refund for these shipping delays, but if USPS determines the package is lost, I will ship a new one!
