Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
If it can't be resoved I offer a in-store credit or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and shipping of the new item. This applies also for international buyers.
If the painting was damaged at arrival or is lost please let me know as soon as possible. A claim has to be filed with the delivery service and the insurance goes in effect.
Payment
I also accept money orders from the US if you don't want to use a credit card.
For international transaction only Paypal is accepted.
Paypal payments have to be received within 3 business days, money orders within 10 business days.
International buyers are responsible for any taxes or fees that might arise from their countries policies, receiving a delivery from the US.
Shipping
International, Alaska and Hawaii with UPS or US Postal service, depending on which one is more economical at the time.
Cards are securly packed in large envelopes and shipped with USPS frist class mail, national and international.
Original Paintings are fully insured and securley packed.
Packing material consist of new and clean packing paper around the painting. Plenty of bubble wrap is applied to cushion the painting. It is then secured in a sturdy cardboard box.
You will receive a tracking number for packages to be able to follow your treasure to your door steps.
