We are a small, Canadian operation with a big crush on the handmade movement!

Everything in our shop has been carefully obsessed over and created with love by our crafty art rascal on board.

Accepted payment methods

Payment is expected upon purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Items will not be sent out until payment in full has been received.
Shipping times:

For items in stock, we will ship them out as soon as possible, usually the following business day, assuming payment has been made. For custom orders please expect a slightly longer wait before shipping, 1-2 weeks depending on the item.

Shipped items can take up to 2 weeks to arrive, sometimes more if it's an international voyage.
We do our best to ship with a tracking number but for orders outside of Canada, this can be very costly. The additional costs of a tracking number will be covered by the customer, should the customer request this service.

In the event that an order does not arrive:

Freight will be happy to provide shipping information upon request, however we no longer claim responsibility for an item once it has been shipped, if a tracking number was not requested upon purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges
Freight does not issue refunds. In specific cases, we will arrange for an exchange, but this will be on a case by case basis. Shipping costs related to the return of an item will be at the cost of the client
