You'll receive the note from Etsy once your order has been shipped.
→ Terms & Delivery time:
Please, pay attention, that Estimated Delivery Date is not a guarantee, but most likely you'll receive your order in that time frame.
• Your package will be shipped within 1-3 days after cleared payment for most items. For the custom made items processing time can take up to 1 week.
• Delivery via regular method takes about 1-3 weeks (sometimes up to 1 month) depending on your location. The shipping time to US, Canada and Australia takes 2 - 4 weeks. The shipping time within Europe takes 1 - 2 weeks.
→ Shipping address:
• We send order to Etsy shipping address and not the PayPal one. Please, make sure it's correct!
• You can change shipping address after purchase if your order has not been shipped. Please, convo us with the correct address as soon as possible.
→ Shipping method:
• All packages are sent via international registered airmail from Kiev, Ukraine.
It includes tracking number and insurance. Each package has delivery confirmation.
• Express shipping via EMS is available upon request. Please contact us if you need it before placing an order, so we can adjust shipping prices.
Shipping charges for EMS is $45. Delivery time: 5-7 business days.

International customers are responsible for all customs charges, taxes, and additional postal fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
→ You are not pleased with items:
If you are not satisfied with your items / service for any reason, please contact us with the problem before leaving a feedback.
Friendly customer service is our first priority and we'll do our best to solve the problem in reasonable for you way.
→ Returns and exchanges:
• Are always welcome.
• Time frame: 2 weeks after you have received the package - items should be shipped back only to us within that time frame, not delivered.
• Don't want to wait till packages come back to us? - Send us the scan or photo of shipping receipt of the package - we'll proceed you return / exchange immediate.
→ Lost Packages:
• Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 1 month from posting date and tracking info approves that.
• We will fill in the claim about the lost on our own.
• While the claim is being proceed, we would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you.
