Copper is renowned as the best heat conductor in cookware, always giving a constant and even heat to assist you in preparing perfectly cooked through meals every time. You also need less heat to work with than with a conventional steel pan. That is why Professional chefs all over the World will only use copper as their first pan of choice, especially French copper.

If payments are stalled and not paid on time, and If after my third convo requesting due payment is not acted upon, I will have no other option but to cancel the sale, Take a 10% restocking/relisting fee for loss of sale, and then refund you anything left over from any payments you have previously made. Combined shipping discounts on multi purchases where possible, according to the weight banding set prices from the post office.

Once I let him know I was home, it arrived promptly in Spain, with no hassles about import taxes and such. I couldn't be happier!

This is one of the best shops on Etsy. Everything about a transaction with Steve is perfect. Shipping is fast, packaging is amazing and the copper is even more beautiful than in the pictures and the friendliness of Steve makes everything a pleasure!

The package took longer than usual due to U.S. postal service without any updates on my end. I reached out to Steve, the shop owner and he did not stop inquiring about the package until he found it where was located. Steve quickly contacted me with all updates and location of the package. Shipping
All items are carefully wrapped and packaged to avoid damage in transit. We try to do our best for the environment and recycle packaging where possible.
If you purchase multiple items I am more than happy to combine the shipping cost for you.
Please note that customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Postage is set by weight and the weight bandings are as follows:
Less than 1kg
1kg to 2kg
2kg to 5kg
5kg to 10kg
Over 10kg
This is an actual cost set by the post office, there are no additions by me. I charge you only what I am charged.
I do not profit from postage, not even adding for packing materials, time, etc.
This is why I try to use clean recycled materials as much as possible to keep costs down to you and to me.
They will arrive to you tracked and insured.
Additional policies and FAQs
The European regulation No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), will come into force on 25 May 2018. Basically this new law replaces the Data Protection Act. This is a European wide law and as such affects how we use and store information we receive from guests and enquirers. It covers all data, whether electronic or paper based.
What information we collect from you - To complete your order we collect from you, via Etsy, your name, postal address, email address, payment information and the product that you have ordered. These details are only used to process and deliver your order.
How we use the information you give us - Your details are only used to process and deliver your order or to comply with the law ie with Etsy to comply with my obligations and with delivery companies to enable your order to be delivered. All details are stored securely and are password protected.
We will never pass on your information to third parties for marketing or any other purposes.
Marketing- We do not do a newsletter or Mailchimp. We never pass your details to any third party.
Access to your Information - You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. Please message me if you would like a copy of this.
Right to be Forgotten - All customers have the right to ask us to remove their details from our records.
However we are required by law to keep some records for 7 years, so customers are unable to ask to be erased from these financial records. After this time your details will be destroyed by myself.
Notification of Data Breaches
The GDPR will require us to notify the Information Commissioner’s’ Office within 72 hours of first having become aware of the breach where that breach is likely to “result in a risk for the rights and freedoms of individuals”. For any breach, we are required to notify the customers “without undue delay” after first becoming aware of a data breach.
