HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD?
Once approved by you, the file(s) will be emailed to the email address you have on file. Please be sure you have the correct email on file as we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or outdated email addresses.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All digital files are non refundable. Regarding printed purchases, It is the clients responsibility to ensure everything reads correctly. Please review proofs carefully. No refund will be given for spelling or grammatical errors. No refunds are given if the address on file with Etsy is incorrect or there are post office delays, as these are out of our control. Refunds for any other reason will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
Proofs for digital and printed orders will be sent to you within 48 business hours so long as you have provided us with the needed event information. Once approved by you, your digital item will be sent to the email address you have on file with Etsy. Delays in approval may delay processing and delivery. Physical prints will be mailed within 3-5 business days after proof approval. The entire process can take up to 7 business days. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that their address on file with Etsy is correct. Allow additional delivery time for USPS peak seasons, inclement weather, and national holidays. We will not be held responsible for postal delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
HOW COMPUTER SAVVY DO I NEED TO BE?
Basic computer knowledge is helpful. Knowing how to unzip and download your file, copy & paste, adjust printer settings, transfer your file to a flash drive for taking to a print center, etc, are are good things to know. Unfortunately with so many different computer and printer models out there, we are very limited in the assistance we can provide with troubleshooting.
WHAT WILL OUR INVITATIONS BE PRINTED ON?
We go a step above with our professional quality 118 lb. cover card stock for our invitation suites. Folded thank you cards are printed on sturdy 110 lb. card stock.
HOW MUCH EDITING IS IN INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER?
All personalized text can be edited until it reads correctly. Names, dates, rsvps, addresses etc are all editable until we get it right. We want you to be happy with your invitations! In some cases other things may be edited. This might include things such as re-sizing, color changes, phrasing, etc.
DO YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES?
We sure do! There is a shop section entitled 'Purchase Samples Here' where you can buy samples. Please keep in mind that samples will NOT be personalized in any way.
CAN I GET A DESIGN FOR A DIFFERENT EVENT?
No problem! Designs can easily be adjusted for a different event type. Example: If you find a bridal shower invitation but you would like it's design for your wedding invitations, simply click on 'Request a custom order' found directly below the listing photos and we can get things started!
CAN YOU PROVIDE A PROOF BEFORE I PLACE MY ORDER?
Proofs will NOT be provided PRIOR to purchase. While it may seem like an easy or quick task, a lot of time, attention and effort goes into developing your proof to make sure it is perfect before being sent to you.
